DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS：
●SS-309-L16 is a titanium oxide low hydrogen electrode, the weld metal contains
22%Cr-12%Ni the austenitic structure.
●It is suitable for dissimilar joints welding in stainless steel and carbon steel; the
SUS 304 composite steel overlay bottom welding.
NOTE ON USAGE：
●Rebake the electrodes at 250 ~ 300˚C for 1 hour and keep it at 100~150˚C prior to
use.
●With lower current is to properly keep the dilution of the parent metal for welding
crack.
